My career has been spent in tech. It’s innovative, competitive, and moves at an incredible speed. Arming reps to be successful and keep up with this sheer amount of change is a challenge and I wouldn’t have it any other way. My career includes working at smaller startups meaning I was a ‘Jane of all trades’ when it comes to marketing and enablement efforts. As well as working at big Fortune 500 companies managing dozens of specialized Enablement professionals, initiatives, and product lines.

With extensive experience in B2B marketing, I am a passionate and empathetic leader who strives to inspire others, learn continuously, and seek joy. I have a particular affinity for finding the right balance between the art and science of marketing, grounded in qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and experiment-driven execution. I am currently the Head of Demand Generation & GTM Plays at ZoomInfo, building a high-performing team, driving our growth engine, coordinating global campaigns, and optimizing our channel strategy. While at ON24, I built and lead Global Demand Generation and Operations growing and scaling the function over the course of 3+ years. I owned global campaigns, channel strategy, budget allocation, performance measurement and funnel analytics, field marketing, as well as campaign operations. Prior to that, I lead the Marketing team at a B2B SaaS startup with a key focus on Demand Gen, grew marketing contribution to pipe from 46% to 53%, and tripled the marketing team in <1 year. Before that, I spent 5 years at LinkedIn driving revenue for their Ads business (LinkedIn Marketing Solutions). While there, I brought the first-ever live video broadcast streaming production to LinkedIn, generating millions in pipeline and turned into a global franchise, crossed business units, won awards, and has featured world renowned speakers and executives.
